Borrower hereby acknowledges receipt of the following clothing and/or accessories from Villa Amour Vintage LLC:
• Responsibility and Care: Borrower understands and agrees to assume full responsibility for the loaned. Borrower agrees to treat the items with the utmost care and responsibility, ensuring their safekeeping during the loan period. Borrower shall not under take any alteration, restoration, or repair of the items without prior written authorization from Villa Amour LLC.
• Rental Fee: Borrower agrees to pay the rental fee of $250 to VillaAmour LLC prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery of the loaned items.The rental fee covers the use of the items for the agreed-upon period and includes the cost of dry cleaning after the items have been used.
• Return of Items: Borrower agrees to return all loaned items in the 7 day period from checkout and in original condition to Villa Amour Vintage by the specified return date.If any items are lost, damaged, or returned in poor condition beyond normal wear and tear, Borrower acknowledges that Villa Amour LLC has the authority to charge Borrower for the listed item(s) at their current market value.
• Social Media Collaboration: Borrower acknowledges and agrees that, as part of collaborating with Villa Amour Vintage, any garments used will be tagged on the social media platform “Villaamour.vintage.”Borrower consents to the tagging and acknowledges that it is part of the mutual agreement between the parties.
• Compliance with Terms: Borrower agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement. Failure to adhere to the terms may result in additional charges, legal action, or other remedies as deemed appropriate by Villa Amour LLC.
• Governing Law: By checking out this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved by the court of jurisdiction. By checking out and paying the fee borrower acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms above. If not returned or lost item you will be charged for the full price of loaned item(s).
